Nigel brings alongside him 20 years of wine industry experience to this year’s GWSAA. Currently serving as Head Sommelier for Wynn Resorts Macau, following a career managing Michelin-starred programs at Robuchon au Dôme, The Eight, and Robuchon Shanghai. Holder of the WSET Level 4 Diploma (Merit), Nigel contributes his refined technical palate and deep Greater Bay Area on-trade insights to celebrate exceptional quality at GWSAA.
